OPPORTUNITY
With revolutionary new office buildings, a larger and more interactive green space, and a line of new restaurants and retail shops in the works, Atlantic Station faced upwards of 18 months of construction in order to become a fresh face for all things live/work/play. However, the risk of visitors feeling burdened and inconvenienced from the overwhelming construction presence that had taken over Atlantic Station gave us the opportunity to make otherwise mundane and cumbersome barricades become their own work of art.

PROCESS
To fully illustrate the total transformation that Atlantic Station was set to experience over 18 months, we introduced a vision of surrealism—an artistic concept complete with sophisticated, smart headlines mixed with imagery that morphs and transforms in intriguing ways, creating organic yet edgy compositions as a result. Once the schematic was created, we split the artwork between two designers to create a cohesive, streamlined series of individual panel artwork.
