OPPORTUNITY
Deloitte is a leading global consulting firm, and due to the wide variety of industries it serves and the vast array of insights it produces, the brand has a constant need for storytelling in a visual way. From infographics to mailers, long-form print pieces and beyond, I had the opportunity to bring Deloitte stories to life through multiple formats.

PROCESS
Deloitte’s visual identity is impressively streamlined, with consistent graphic motifs and a sharp, tailored appeal. It was important to me that every piece I started with had this same principle in mind. For most projects, the creative use of a circle motif came into play for the story we were telling—for others, it was simply a clean and clever use of the palette and iconography to move an idea forward.

Infographics

Industry-specific case studies showcasing the impact Deloitte can have on its clients. Each infographic utilizes the full Deloitte color palette against a clean, crisp black to visually guide the reader through the content, with line art and iconography as the main visual drivers.

Though the content for each infographic is unique to the topic, the visual motifs, line art and cues allow the full series of infographics to feel like a cohesive set.

Print Brochure

Unearthing the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions story through an 8-page booklet, which utilizes an earthy garden theme in both copy and visuals to inspire a freshly-picked outlook on the center’s offerings.

Repeat circular motifs can be found throughout the design, through imagery and graphic elements, to tie back to the Deloitte brand.

Print Report

A 32-page report revealing the insights and responses of CEOs in the health services industry, with a focus on moving forward despite an uncertain future.

I created a speedometer motif as a main visual theme, shown in both photography and as a graphic element for each chapter, which was inspired by the report’s message of continuing forward. Photography of vehicles in motion accommodates these visuals to create a sense of forward momentum, guiding the reader through each chapter. Though the report is densely full of insights and takeaways, I aimed to select proper pull-quotes, callouts, color coordination, and areas of visual rest to more easily guide a reader through the report.

Folding Mailer

Large-format folded brochure, which visually highlights Deloitte’s insights in the Fintech industry. As the reader unfolds the piece, a new category of information is revealed.

The unfolded brochure forms an oversized circle, which reinforces the Deloitte brand and adds an element of surprise in an area where rectangles otherwise reign supreme.

Video Storyboard

Storyboard for a 2-minute educational video, which highlights Deloitte’s Pricing and Contracts Managed Services. A combination of vector animation and B-roll is used.

This video was part of a larger campaign for the Managed Services sector, which utilized vector iconography and imagery of data and analytics to showcase the expertise Deloitte Managed Services has in the data management industry.

News Ads

Both Wall Street Journal full-page ads served as a top-of-funnel advertisement in a larger brand campaign. The left ad focused on the future of CMOs, while the right ad focused on Deloitte’s marketing agency potential.

My aim was to align each of the ads with the elements in the larger campaigns, while staying true to the sharp, elevated look and feel that Deloitte is known for.
